My second favorite back stretcher is the Sae Arc Wooden Back Stretcher.
This is more rigid and harder compared to the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher.
I would not recommend Sae Arc Arched Back Stretcher to begin with because its hard to get used to. Users eventually give up with this back stretching device.
The Sae Arc Arched Wooden Back Stretcher can be used a few months after using the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher. Once you get used to the back stretching device you can mix them up and really accelerate your healing.
Using The Sae Arc Wooden Back Stretcher and Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher will give you different stretch feelings which I have found to heal the back quicker.

Arched Back Stretcher Reviews - The Stretch Mate Orthopedic Back Stretcher

Last but not least is the Stretch Mate Orthopedic Back Stretcher. This has a flat base and arched top. Unlike the other two back stretching device, the Stretch Mate has slots on the arches which follow the curvature of the spine.
The Stretch Mate Orthopedic Back Stretcher is designed to align a spine and correct the individual discs in the spine.
If you have a misaligned spine or want to correct the curvature of the spine you must use the Stretch Mate.
Again, you should not start with this back stretching device. You can add this to your back stretcher collection after using the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher for a few months.

Using All Arched Back Stretchers Together

If you want to strengthen your back like Superman and eliminate back pain quickly you should consider using all three.
You should only use all three after you've used the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher.
You should alternate between all three back stretching device and lie on top for about 15 mintes at a time.
I was able to reduce/eliminate back pain within 12 months. I have also gained a few inches in height too.
